Sunny Beach Property

Sunny Beach, or Slunchev Bryag in Bulgarian, is located about 42 km to the north of Bourgas and 450 km east of Sofia. It is a popular tourist resort during the summer months for both Bulgarians and foreign tourists. It has a promenade of several kilometres full of high rise buildings and hotels with a beautiful beach between Nessebar and Sveti Vlas. Its climate is similar to that of the Mediterranean, and is especially popular with German and Russian holidaymakers. In recent times it has begun to attract Scandinavians and the British as it is an economical alternative to other Mediterranean resorts.
