Greece is situated in the south east of Europe on the Balkan peninsula. To the north is Bulgaria and Macedonia to the north west Albania and on the east lies Turkey. On the south and south east is the Aegean Sea where many of the famous and beautiful Greek islands lie. (Mykonos, Naxos, Andros, Paros etc)
